Andrew Cardwell has spent his career inside managed service providers. He led service delivery as a Director of Managed Services, ran day-to-day operations as a Director of Operations, and took ownership of JK Computer Solutions to carry forward more than three decades of trusted client relationships.
He got into this business because he has seen firsthand what one phishing email, one missed patch, or one backup that never got tested can do to a company that worked hard for everything it has. That is why JK is built around proactive, layered protection: multi-factor authentication, endpoint detection and response, email security, patch management, 24/7 monitoring, and backups that are verified, not assumed.
